Gary Guzzo has worked in the insurance industry for the majority of
his professional career. After serving as Florida’s Deputy
Insurance Commissioner, Gary served as a business and government
consultant for many insurance companies from some of the nations
largest to new start up insurers. Gary understands the operating
issues and concerns of the insurance industry first hand and has
worked with his clients to find solutions. His experience enables
BIPT to make certain its solutions fill the needs of our customers.
John Kummer began his insurance career immediately after
completing graduate school, joining a big six accounting
firm where he was dedicated to auditing and consulting engagements
for the insurance industry. John then became Deputy Insurance
Commissioner for Florida where for 5 years he oversaw all
insurance regulation in the state. More recently, John established
the successful operations of a new insurance company and
a new insurance agency. Included in this was the development
and implementation of a complete insurance company and insurance
agency information technology solution. John’s first
hand experience with the operations and technology needs
of insurance companies and insurance agencies add invaluable
insight for BIPT’s customers.
Joe Cooper has also been in the insurance industry since
completing college. Joe began his career with the Florida
Department of Insurance, developing the state’s first
operational wide area distributed frame relay network. Since
leaving the Department of Insurance, Joe has developed insurance
processing software for both insurance companies and insurance
agents. Joe has also developed Internet based eCommerce
solutions for the insurance industry. Joe’s knowledge
of communication protocols and technology solutions assures
that BIPT’s products are fully functional, reliable
and secure.
